NOTE: One of the most important things to be able to use it is the process of "healing" it. The process is very simple and all you need is: 1 rag, broom and a little lime water. 1.You must turn on the stove at its maximum power. 2. Place the comal on the fire and with the "rag" spread the water with lime. Do it carefully so as not to burn yourself. 3. Let the mixture dry completely. 4. Finally remove it from the heat and wash it with lukewarm water. This cure will close the pores of the clay and prevent leaks for a better function of the griddle.
